Blogging When Your Book Isn't Finished

So, what do you do when it's one of those weeks in which your books is not finished but you still need to blog about it? Well... choose at least 2 of these questions to answer in your blog post.
  • What's surprised you that happened in this reading section?
  • Do you have legitimate questions about foreshadowing, or plot, or characters & character twists? Was something confusing? Ask-- then try to reason through an answer. Good readers don't just drop their queries.
  • What didn't you like very much about what you read this week? Did something disappoint you?
  • Is there a character or a situation that allows you to connect to your own life? Remember that this is a PUBLIC blog, so be more general and vague than you would writing to me.
  • Do you see any connections between character and developing theme and the world in which you live? Parallel political or social concerns? Parallel leadership style? Parallel situations?
  • What did you especially like or get into in this section of reading?
  • Does anything developing in the book remind you of something you've already read for school or on your own?
  • If the author of the book was sitting right across from you at Spot, what would you ask? What do you want to know? Why?
