I just finished reading Flawless by Sara Shepard. This book has the ability to draw someone in as soon as they read the first sentence. Spencer Hastings, Aria Montgomery, Emily Fields, and Hanna Marin all experienced the death of their best friend…their best friend who also became their enemy. Alison DiLaurentis was allegedly murdered by an unknown person who is thought to be harassing the “ex-best friends” signing each message as “–A”. Alison DiLaurentis was hated by many for her nasty and mischievous ways. Spencer, Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Ali kept “the Jenna thing” a secret. It began as a harmless prank but turned into a tragedy.”The Jenna thing” is held against them along with many of their other secrets. Threatening text messages were received saying that everyone will be exposed. As the girls keep gathering these text messages threatening to reveal their secrets, secrets only Ali knew, the girls are sent on leads and get suspicions about everyone. They believe no one can be trusted. The girls are tortured by “-A” everyday along with misfortunes caused by “-A” and other people in their life. The question is, who is linked to “-A”?
Where does this book's title come from?
